Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. General Policy
SSJS Institute Private Limited provides admission and academic services as per guidelines laid down in its affiliation with Desh Bhagat University. Since educational services are non-tangible and enrollment involves university-level onboarding, refund and cancellation requests are strictly governed under the following terms.
2. Refund Eligibility
- A student is eligible for a refund only if the admission cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of payment, and before the admission is processed or university onboarding begins.
- No refund requests will be accepted after admission confirmation or university registration.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the source account or chosen refund method within 7–10 business days, after document verification and applicable deductions (e.g., admin fee, processing cost).
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
Due to the service-based nature of education:
- No refund or cancellation shall be entertained after 24 hours of payment or once the student is admitted and records are submitted to the university.
- If admission is confirmed and the student decides to withdraw voluntarily or fails to attend, the institute shall not be liable for any refund.
- Any refund claim made after the cutoff period will be automatically rejected.
4. Deferral / Batch Transfer Requests
In special cases:
- Students may request a deferral to a future batch or course transfer, subject to seat availability and approval from the institute.
- Such requests must be made in writing before the start of classes.
Admission Confirmation & Material Dispatch Policy
SSJS Institute Private Limited provides admission confirmations, student login credentials, and learning materials (if applicable) to students through digital and courier-based modes.
- Admission confirmation and credentials are shared within 24 working hours of payment verification, except on Sundays and national holidays.
- Any physical materials (ID cards, study kits, etc.) are shipped within 3–4 business days, and delivery may take up to 1–2 weeks based on student location and courier availability.
- SSJS Institute is not liable for delays caused due to unforeseen logistics issues. However, we will extend full support to resolve such cases promptly.
- The institute reserves the right to cancel any admission or shipment due to unforeseen administrative or technical issues.In such cases, a refund may be processed after reviewing the case and deducting applicable administrative or processing charges, if any.
